磷酯酰肌醇-3激酶(phosphoinositide 3-kinase,PI3K)/蛋白激酶B(protein kinase,PKB/Akt)信号通路可以调节细胞生长、代谢、凋亡等多种活动,具有广泛的生物学作用,参与肿瘤、冠心病、代谢紊乱等多种疾病的病理形成过程,是治疗这些疾病的重要靶点。近年来PI3K/Akt信号通路在冠心病发生发展中的作用日益受到重视,从PI3K/Akt的结构特点、与冠心病发生发展的关系及中药的干预作用3方面进行概述,以期为冠心病治疗药物的研发提供参考。

Phosphoinositide 3-kinase (PI3K)/protein kinase B (PKB/Akt) signaling pathway can regulate cell growth, metabolism, and apoptosis, which has a wide range of biological effects. It participates in the pathogenesis of various diseases such as cancer, coronary heart disease, and metabolic disorders, and it is an important target for treatment. In recent years, the role of PI3K/Akt signaling pathway in the development of coronary heart disease has been increasingly paid attention. The relationship between the structural features of PI3K/Akt and the development of coronary heart disease and the intervention of traditional Chinese medicine is summarized to provide a reference for the development of coronary heart disease treatment.
