目的 研究楤木Aralia chinensis茎的化学成分。方法 采用ODS柱色谱技术对楤木茎的75%乙醇提取物进行分离纯化,采用各种波谱技术进行结构鉴定。结果 从楤木茎75%乙醇提取物中分离得到了1个新三萜皂苷化合物,鉴定为3-O-{[β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→2)]-[β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→6)-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→3)]-β-D-glucopyranosyl}-oleanolic acid 28-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl ester(1)。结论 化合物1为新的三萜皂苷类化合物,命名为楤木茎苷A。

[Abstract]
Objective To study the chemical constituents from the stem of Aralia chinensis. Methods The constituents were isolated and purified by ODS chromatography repeatedly, and the structure was identified by spectral analysis. Results A new saponin was isolated from the stem of A. chinensis. And its structure was identified as 3-O-{[β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→2)]-[β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→6)-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→3)]-β-D-glucopyranosyl}-oleanolic acid 28-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl ester (1). Conclusion Compound 1 is a new saponin named as congmujingnoside A.
