基于Meta分析比较参附、参麦注射液临床应用,分析二者的临床用药特点及各自的用药优势,为临床合理用药提供依据。研究发现参附、参麦注射液在治疗冠心病心绞痛、心力衰竭及肿瘤辅助治疗方面有共同的作用。其中在治疗冠心病心绞痛方面,参麦注射液能更好地改善患者左心室射血分数(LVEF)及左心室每搏输出量(LVSV)等心功能指标;在治疗心力衰竭方面,二者均能有效改善心衰患者LVEF值,参附注射液改善心衰患者6 min步行距离的作用更明显;在联合化疗药物抗肿瘤方面,二者均能提高患者生活质量,降低化疗不良反应的发生率,提高患者免疫功能等。参附、参麦注射液在治疗心绞痛、心力衰竭及抗肿瘤方面均表现出良好的临床疗效,但各有侧重。在心绞痛的治疗过程中,临床可能更偏向于联合使用参麦注射液;在心力衰竭的治疗中,联合使用参附注射液更为广泛。

Shenfu Injection (SFI) and Shenmai Injection (SMI) are derived from the ancient prescriptions, in clinical practice, they are widely used in the treatment of cardiovascular disease. However, the merits and demerits between the two are not still lack. In this article, the authors compared the clinical effects between SFI and SMI based on the clinical literature of Meta analysis or systematic review. Searching and collecting the Meta analysis or systematic review of SFI and SMI on database online. Comparing the clinical features of each injection, from the results of comparison, SFI and SMI have a good curative effect on the treatment or adjuvant therapy of angina pectoris, congestive heart failure, and tumor. In the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease, both injections could improve the symptom of angina pectoris. But SMI could improve the cardiac function, such as improving the left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) and left ventricular stroke volume (LVSV), and decreasing the left ventricular internal dimension (LVID). In the hemodynamics, the SMI can improve the plasma viscosity and blood platelet aggregation ratio. In heart failure treatment, both injections can effectively improve LVEF. However, SFI could improve 6 min walking distance of patients with heart failure more obviously. Combination with chemotherapy drugs in the treatment of tumor, the two injections can reduce the incidence of adverse drug reactions (ADR), as well as improve the immune function and the living quality of patients. In addition, some reports had been indicated that SFI has a few severe ADR, but SMI has none. Based on the above result of analysis, for the treatment of angina pectoris, congestive heart failure, and tumor, the two injections have shown a good clinical effect, but each injection had the focus. In the treatment of angina pectoris, from the clinical application case and the cardiac function of the patients, the clinical may be more inclined to use the combination of SMI. In heart failure treatment, SFI could significantly improve 6 min walking distance of patients, so in clinical therapy, the combination with SFI is more extensive. Combined with chemotherapy drugs in the treatment of tumor, both of them are effective.
