核转录因子-κB(NF-κB)在许多病理和生理过程中起着重要的调节作用,是炎症和免疫反应及细胞凋亡和增殖中的重要转录因子,近年来NF-κB在冠心病发生发展的作用日益受到重视。就NF-κB信号通路与冠心病的发展关系及中医药的干预作用进行综述。

NF-κB plays an important regulatory role in many physiological and pathological processes and an important transcription factors in inflammation, immune responses, cell apoptosis and proliferation. In recent years, the effect of NF-κB in coronary heart disease's occurrence and development has been paid much more attention to. This paper mainly reviews the relationship between NF-κB signaling pathways and development of coronary heart disease, as well as the intervention of traditional Chinese medicine.
