[摘要]
目的 研究金鸡脚Phymatopteris hastate全草的化学成分。方法 应用硅胶柱色谱、ODS柱色谱和Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱色谱等方法分离纯化,并根据理化性质和波谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果 从金鸡脚全草的甲醇提取物中分离得到15个化合物,分别鉴定为山柰酚-3-O-α-L-呋喃阿拉伯糖-7-O-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖苷(1)、咖啡酸-4-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(2)、山柰酚-7-O-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖苷(3)、山柰酚-3, 7-二-O-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖苷(4)、(-)-表阿夫儿茶精(5)、山柰酚(6)、槲皮素(7)、(24R)-24-(2-hydroxyethyl)-20-hydroxyecdysone(8)、何帕-22(29)-烯(9)、29-何帕烷醇乙酸酯(10)、22-羟基何帕烷(11)、东北贯众醇(12)、β-谷甾醇(13)、富马酸(14)、β-胡萝卜苷(15)。结论 化合物5~15为首次从该属植物中分离得到。

[Abstract]
Objective To study the chemical constituents from the whole plants of Phymatopteris hastate. Methods The chemical constituents were isolated by repeated chromatography on silica gel column, ODS column, and Sephadex LH-20. Their structures were elucidated by physicochemical properties and spectral analysis. Results Fifteen compounds were isolated from methanolic extract of P. hastate and identified as kaempferol-3-O-α-L-arabinofuranosyl-7-O-α-L-rhamnopyranoside (1), caffeicacid-4-O-β-D- glucopyranoside (2), kaempferol-7-O-α-L-rhamnopyranoside (3), kaempferol-3, 7-di-O-α-L-rhamnopyranoside (4), (-)-epiafzelechin (5), kaempferol (6), quercetin (7), (24R)-24-(2-hydroxyethyl)-20-hydroxyecdysone (8), hop-22 (29)-ene (9), hapan-29-ol acetate (10), 22-hydroxyhopane (11), dryocrassol (12), β-sitosterol (13), fumaric acid (14), and β-daucosterol (15). Conclusion Compounds 5-15 are isolated from the plants of Phymatopteris Pic. Serm. for the first time.
