[摘要]
目的 研究路路通Liquidambaris Fructus(枫香树Liquidambar formosana果实)的化学成分。方法 采用制备薄层色谱、反复硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱、ODS柱色谱等方法进行分离纯化,根据理化性质及波谱数据确定化合物的结构。结果 从路路通70%乙醇提取物中共分离得到7个化合物,分别鉴定为11α-methoxyl-28-nor-β-amyrenone(1)、28-nor-β-amyrenone(2)、3-oxo-12α-hydroxy-oleanan-28,13β-olide(3)、3α-acetoxyl-25-hydroxy-olean-12-en-28-oic acid(4)、古柯二醇(5)、路路通酸(6)和苏合香素(7)。结论 化合物1为未见文献报道的新化合物,命名为路路通酮A;化合物5、7为首次从枫香树属植物中分离得到。

[Abstract]
Objective To study the chemical constituents from Liquidambaris Fructus (fruits of Liquidambar formosana). Methods The constituents were isolated and purified by preparative TLC and silica gel, Sephadex LH-20, and ODS column chromatography, and their structures were elucidated on the basis of their physicochemical properties and spectral data. Results Seven compounds were obtained from 70% ethanol extract of the fruits of Liquidambaris Fructus and identified as 11α-methoxyl-28-nor-β-amyrenone (1), 28-nor-β-amyrenone (2), 3-oxo-12α-hydroxy-oleanan-28, 13β-olide (3), 3α-acetoxyl-25-hydroxy-olean-12-en-28-oic acid (4), erythodiol (5), betulonic acid (6), and styracin (7), respectively. Conclusion Compound 1 is a new triterpenoid named liquidaformone A, and compounds 5 and 7 are isolated from the plants of Liquidambar Linn. for the first time.
