[摘要]
目的 对薜荔Ficus pumila的干燥花序托进行化学成分研究,为其质量控制提供物质基础。方法 采用硅胶色谱柱、Sephadex LH-20色谱柱、ODS色谱柱及制备HPLC等技术方法分离并纯化化合物,根据化合物的理化性质和波谱数据鉴定其结构。 结果 从广王不留行95%乙醇提取物中共分离得到了21个化合物,分别鉴定为芦丁(1)、山柰酚3-O-α-L-鼠李糖 (1→6)-β-D-葡萄糖苷(2)、异槲皮苷(3)、槲皮苷(4)、二氢山柰酚5-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(5)、二氢山柰酚7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(6)、maesopsin 6-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(7)、开环异落叶松脂素 9-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(8)、绿原酸(9)、原儿茶酸(10)、咖啡酸(11)、5-O-咖啡酰基-奎宁酸甲酯(12)、对羟基苯甲酸(13)、香草酸(14)、5-O-咖啡酰基-奎宁酸丁酯(15)、β-香树脂醇乙酸酯(16)、β-胡萝卜苷(17)、红花菜豆酸(18)、吐叶醇(19)、(1′S, 6′R)-8′-hydroxyabscisic acid β-D-glucoside(20)和1-methyl-1, 2, 3, 4-tetrahydro-β-carboline-3-carboxylic acid(21)。结论 化合物5~15、18、20和21为首次从该植物中分离得到,其中化合物5~8、12、15和20~21首次从该属植物中分离得到。

[Abstract]
Objective To investigate the chemical constituents from Ficus pumila and to provide the material basis for quality control. Methods The chemical constituents were separated and purified by silica gel, Sephadex LH-20, ODS, and preparative HPLC column chromatographies. Their structures were determined by physicochemical properties and spectral data analyses. Results From 95% ethanol extract of F. pumila, 21 compounds were isolated and identified as rutin (1), kaempferol 3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl (1→6)-β-D-glucopyranoside (2), isoquercitrin (3), quercitrin (4), dihydrokaempferol 5-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (5), dihydro- kaempferol 7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (6), maesopsin 6-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (7), secoisolariciresinol 9-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (8), chlorogenic acid (9), protocatechuic acid (10), caffeic acid (11), 5-O-caffeoyl quinic acid methyl ester (12), p-hytroxybenzoic acid (13), vanillic acid (14), 5-O-caffeoyl quinic acid butyl ester (15), β-amyrin acetate (16), daucosterol (17), phaseic acid (18), vomifoliol (19), (1′S, 6′R)-8′-hydroxyabscisic acid β-D-glucoside (20), and 1-methyl-1, 2, 3, 4-tetrahydro-β-carboline-3-carboxylic acid (21). Conclusion Compounds 5—15, 18, 20, and 21 are isolated from this plant for the first time, and compound 5—8, 12, 15, 20, and 21 are found in plants of Ficus Linn. for the first time.
