[摘要]
目的 研究岩木瓜Ficus tsiangii茎干的化学成分。方法 利用硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱色谱及半制备高效液相色谱法分离纯化;通过核磁共振谱、质谱等波谱数据分析鉴定化合物的结构。结果 从岩木瓜茎干95%乙醇提取物中分离得到13个化合物,分别鉴定为蒲公英赛醇(1)、蒲公英萜酮(2)、羽扇豆醇乙酸酯(3)、齐墩果酸(4)、乌苏酸(5)、6, 7-二羟基香豆素(6)、花椒树皮素甲(7)、伞形花内酯(8)、6-羧基-伞形花内酯(9)、芹菜素(10)、5, 7-二羟基色原酮(11)、木犀草素(12)、5, 7, 2′, 4′-四羟基黄酮(13)。结论 化合物6、7、9、11为首次从该属植物中分离得到,除化合物1、2、4、8外,其余9个化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。

[Abstract]
Objective To investigate the chemical constituents in the stems of Ficus tsiangii. Methods The constituents were isolated by silica gel, Sephadex LH-20 gel columns, and semi-preparative liquid chromatography, and the structures were elucidated by spectroscopic analyses. Results Thirteen compounds were isolated and their structures were identified as taraxerol (1), taraxerone (2), lupeolacetate (3), oleanic acid (4), ursolic acid (5), 6, 7-dihydroxy-coumarin (6), xanthyletin (7), umbelliferone (8), 6-carboxy-umbelliferone (9), apigenin (10), 5, 7-dihydroxy-chromone (11), luteolin (12), and 5, 7, 2′, 4′-tetrahydroxyflavone (13). Conclusion Compounds 6, 7, 9, and 11 are isolated from the genus Ficus Linn. for the first time, and all the compounds except compounds 1, 2, 4, and 8 are isolated from the plant for the first time.
