[摘要]
目的 研究北栽秧花Hypericum pseudohenryi茎叶的化学成分。方法 采用各种柱色谱及制备液相色谱等分离方法对该植物茎叶的化学成分进行分离纯化,经质谱和核磁共振波谱技术进行结构鉴定。结果 从北栽秧花茎叶的丙酮提取物中分离纯化出21个化合物,其结构分别鉴定为3, 4-O-异亚丙基莽草酸(1)、莽草酸(2)、原儿茶酸(3)、咖啡酸(4)、苯甲酸(5)、绿原酸(6)、绿原酸甲酯(7)、1, 3, 6, 7-四羟基氧杂蒽酮(8)、4-羟基-2, 3-二甲氧基氧杂蒽酮(9)、1, 5-二羟基-2-甲氧基氧杂蒽酮(10)、C-3/C-8″双芹菜素(11)、山柰酚(12)、槲皮素(13)、槲皮苷(14)、槲皮素-3-O-β-D-吡喃阿拉伯糖苷(15)、金丝桃苷(16)、异槲皮苷(17)、黑燕麦内酯(18)、杜鹃素(19)、1-棕榈酸单甘油酯(20)和β-谷甾醇(21)。结论 所有化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到,其中化合物18、20为首次从金丝桃属植物中分离得到。

[Abstract]
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Hypericum pseudohenryi. Methods The chemical constituents were isolated and purified by various column chromatographic methods. Their chemical structures were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral analyses. Results Twenty-one compounds were isolated from the acetone extract and identified as 3, 4-O-isopropylidenyl shikimic acid (1), shikimic acid (2), protocatechuic acid (3), caffeic acid (4), benzoic acid (5), chlorogenic acid (6), methyl chlorogenate (7), 1, 3, 6, 7-tetrahydroxyxanthone (8), 4-hydroxy-2, 3-dimethoxyxanthone (9), 1, 5-dihydroxy-2- methoxyxanthone (10), C-3/C-8″ biapigenin (11), kaempferol (12), quercetin (13), quercitin (14), quercetin-3-O-β-D- arabinopyranoside (15), hyperin (16), isoquercitrin (17), loliolide (18), farrerol (19), 1-monopalmitin (20), and β-sitosterol (21). Conclusion All compounds are isolated from this endemic plant for the first time, and compounds 18 and 20 are isolated from the plants of Hypericum Linn. for the first time.
