目的 研究肿节风与可溶性淀粉、微晶纤维素(MCC)的混合粉的粉体学基本性质与吸湿性的相关性。方法 通过4种工艺、2种处方得到8种肿节风混合粉,以粒径(D90)、比表面积(SSA)、孔容积(PV)、含水量(MC)为指标评价混合粉的粉体学基本性质,以吸湿动力学参数[表面吸湿速率常数(k1)、扩散速率常数(k2)]和吸湿热力学参数[平衡吸湿率(EMC)、临界相对湿度(CRH)]为指标评价混合粉的吸湿性,运用回归分析研究吸湿性与粉体学基本性质之间的相关性。结果 对于肿节风-可溶性淀粉混合粉,k1与PV呈正相关,与D90呈负相关;k2与MC呈负相关;EMC与PV呈正相关,与SSA、MC呈负相关;CRH与PV呈正相关且与D90呈负相关。对于肿节风-MCC混合粉,k1与D90、SSA、MC均呈负相关;k2与PV呈正相关且与SSA、MC呈负相关;EMC与MC呈负相关;CRH与SSA、PV、MC均呈正相关。结论 不同的辅料由于其本身性质的差异可能会引起肿节风混合粉吸湿性与粉体学基本性质相关性的变化。

[Abstract]
Objective To investigate the correlations between micromeritic primary properties and hygroscopicity of mixing powder of Sarcandrae Herba with soluble starch and microcrystalline cellulose (MCC). Methods Micromeritic primary properties and hygroscopicity of the mixing powder which obtained by two prescriptions and four kinds of processes were determined. Particle size (D90), specific surface area (SSA), pore volume (PV), and moisture content (MC) were used as evaluation indexes to study the micromeritic primary properties of the mixing powder. Powder surface absorption rate constant (k1), diffusion rate constant (k2), equilibrium moisture content (EMC), and critical relative humidity (CRH) were used as the indexes to evaluate hygroscopicity of the mixing powder. Regression analysis was applied to evaluating the correlations between micromeritic primary properties and hygroscopicity of the mixing powder. Results For Sarcandrae Herba-soluble starch mixing powder, k1 was positively correlated with PV and was negatively correlated with D90; k2 was negatively correlated with MC; EMC was positively correlated with PV and was negatively correlated with SSA and MC; CRH was positively correlated with PV and was negatively correlated with the D90. For Sarcandrae Herba-MCC mixing powder, k1 was negatively correlated with D90, SSA, and MC; k2 was positively correlated with PV and was negatively correlated with SSA and MC; EMC was positively correlated with MC; CRH was positively related with SSA, PV, and MC. Conclusion Different excipients could lead to the different correlations between micromeritic primary properties and hygroscopicity of the mixing powder of Sarcandrae Herba. This changes of the correlation may be caused by the differentiation micromeritic primary properties of the excipients.
