粉体是中药固体制剂制备的基础，粉体的性质深刻影响着后续的制剂工艺与质量评价。中药粉体由于其理化性质复杂而特殊，如何有效地改变粉体的性质，是中药药剂学需要解决的关键科学问题之一。近10年来，药剂学工作者对适宜中药特性的粉体改性技术进行了卓有成效的研究，结合近年来的研究成果对中药粉体改性技术的研究方法进行总结，以期抛砖引玉，推动中药粉体改性技术的进步与发展。

Powder is the basis of solid preparation in Chinese materia medica (CMM), its properties have a great effect on the following preparation technology and its quality evaluation. Exploring the method for the powder modification technology is the key issues in pharmaceutics, due to the complicated and unusual physicochemical properties of CMM powder. Nearly ten years, tough and fruitful work has been carried out in this field. On the basis of other experts’ achievements and their work experience, this paper reviews the modification technology for CMM powder initially, so as to promote the development of powder modification technology for CMM.
