目的 研究华南毛蕨Cyclosorus parasiticus叶的化学成分。方法 采用多种柱色谱技术对华南毛蕨叶二氯甲烷提取物进行分离纯化,利用核磁共振谱等波谱数据鉴定化合物结构。结果 从华南毛蕨叶二氯甲烷提取物中分离得到11个化合物,分别鉴定为5, 7-二羟基-6, 8-二甲基二氢黄酮(去甲氧基荚果蕨素,1)、5-羟基-3, 7-二甲氧基黄酮(2)、瘤节毛蕨素B(3)、黑麦草内酯(4)、植醇(5)、叶黄素(6)、δ-生育酚(7)、扭马尾藻酚(8)、9Z, 12Z-十八碳二烯酸(9)、1, 2, 3-三亚油酸甘油酯(10)、β-谷甾醇(11)。结论 化合物1、2、4~10均为首次从本属植物中分离得到,所有化合物均为首次从华南毛蕨中分离得到。

[Abstract]
Objective To study the chemical constituents from the leaves of Cyclosorus parasiticus. Methods The chemical constituents were isolated and purified by various chromatographic techniques and their structures were elucidated with spectroscopic analysis. Results Eleven compounds were isolated and identified as 5, 7-dihydroxy-6, 8-dimethylflavaone (1), 5-hydroxy-3, 7- dimethoxyflavone (2), interruptin B (3), loliolide (4), phytol (5), lutein (6), δ-tocopherol (7), sargaol (8), 9Z, 12Z-octadecadienoic acid (9), 1, 2, 3-trilinolein (10), and β-sitosterol (11), respectively. Conclusion Compounds 1、2、4―10 are isolated from this genus for the first time; all compounds are obtained from C. parasiticus for the first time.
