[摘要]
目的 研究海南狗牙花Ervatamia hainanensis枝叶的化学成分。方法 采用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20、ODS及RP-HPLC进行分离纯化,并根据理化性质和波谱数据鉴定化合物的结构。结果 从海南狗牙花枝叶氯仿部位中分离得到13个化合物,分别鉴定为冠狗牙花定(1)、19-海尼山辣椒碱(2)、19-表海尼山辣椒碱(3)、冠狗牙花定羟基伪吲哚(4)、老刺木碱(5)、乌苏酸(6)、积雪草酸(7)、8α-hydroxypinoresinol(8)、丁香脂素(9)、狗牙花脂素(10)、飞龙掌血内酯(11)、threo-2, 3-bis-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxypheyl)-3-methoxy-propanol(12)、β-谷甾醇(13)。结论 化合物6~8、10~12为首次从狗牙花属植物中分离得到,化合物9为首次从该植物中分离得到。

[Abstract]
Objective To investigate the chemical constituents in the twigs and leaves of Ervatamia hainanensis. Methods The chemical constituents were isolated by silica gel, Sephadex LH-20, and ODS columns, as well as RP-HPLC chromatography. Their structures were identified on the basis of physicochemical properties and spectral analyses. Results Thirteen compounds were isolated and idenified as coronaridine (1), 19-heyneanine (2), 19-epi-heyneanine (3), coronaridine hydroxyindolenine (4), vobasine (5), ursolic acid (6), asiatic acid (7), 8α-hydroxypinoresinol (8), (+)-syringarosinol (9), ervatamisin [(?)-(7R, 7′R, 7″R, 8S, 8′S, 8″S)-4′, 4″- dihydroxy-3, 3′, 3″, 5-tetramethoxy-7, 9′, 7′, 9-diepoxy-4, 8″-oxy-8, 8′-sesquineolignan-7″, 9″-diol, 10], toddalolactone (11), threo-2, 3-bis-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxypheyl)-3-methoxy-propanol (12), and β-sitosterol (13). Conclusion Compounds 6—8 and 10—12 are isolated from the plants of Ervatamia (A. DC.) Stapf for the first time, and compound 9 is firstly reported from E. hainanensis.
