[摘要]
目的 研究海南山小橘Glycosmis montana枝叶的化学成分。方法 采用硅胶、MCI、Sephadex LH-20等柱色谱方法分离纯化,并根据波谱数据鉴定化合物结构。结果 从海南山小橘95%乙醇提取物中分离得到12个化合物,分别鉴定为荷蒂芸香酰胺(1)、二氢翅多子橘酰胺(2)、白鲜碱(3)、花椒碱(4)、山小橘碱(5)、异香草醛(6)、N-反式-对羟基苯乙基香豆酰胺(7)、epifriedelanol(8)、friedelin(9)、异乔木山小橘醇(10)、牡荆苷(11)、kaempferol-3, 7-dirhamnoside(12)。结论 所有化合物均为该植物中首次发现,化合物1、2、10~12为山小橘属植物中首次发现。

[Abstract]
Objective To study the chemical constituents from the twigs and leaves of Glycosmis montana. Methods The chemical constituents were isolated and purified by column chromatography on silica gel, MCI, and Sephadex LH-20 column, etc. The structures of compounds were elucidated by spectral analyses. Results Twelve compounds were isolated and identified as hortiamide (1), dihydroalatamide (2), dictamnine (3), fagarine (4), glycofoline (5), isovanillin (6), N-p-coumaroyltyramine (7), epifriedelanol (8), friedelin (9), isoarborinol (10), vitexin (11), and kaempferol-3, 7-dirhamnoside (12). Conclusion All the above compounds are obtained from G. montana for the first time, and compounds 1, 2, and 10—12 are obtained from the plants in genus Glycosmis Correa for the first time.
