目的 研究厚朴Magnolia officinalis干燥叶中具血管活性作用部位的化学成分。方法 采用现代色谱技术对厚朴叶中具有血管活性部位乙醇提取物的氯仿萃取部位和正丁醇萃取部位进行分离和纯化,根据化合物谱学数据进行结构鉴定。结果 从厚朴叶中分离得到了16个化合物,分别鉴定为厚朴酚(1)、厚朴醛B(2)、台湾擦木酚(3)、丁香脂素(4)、4, 4′, 5-三羟基-1, 1′-双-2-丙烯基联苯(5)、落叶松脂素(6)、(7S, 8R) syringoylglycerol(7)、松柏苷(8)、苄基-β-D-阿洛糖苷(9)、阿福豆苷(10)、异鼠李素-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(11)、南酸枣苷(12)、5, 7-二羟基色原酮-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(13)、erigeside C(14)、tachioside(15)、尿嘧啶苷(16)。结论 化合物5~8为首次从该植物中分离得到,其中化合物9~16为首次从该属植物中分离得到。

[Abstract]
Objective To study the chemical constituents in the fractions with vasoactive activity from the dried leaves of Magnolia officinalis. Methods The compounds were isolated from the chloroform and n-butanol fractions by various chromatographic techniques and identified by spectroscopic methods. Results Sixteen compounds were obtained and identified as magnolol (1), magnaldehyde B (2), randaiol (3), syringaresinol (4), 4, 4′, 5-trihydroxy-1, 1′-di-2-propenylbiphenyl (5), lariciresinol (6), (7S, 8R) syringoylglycerol (7), coniferin (8), benzylic-β-D-allopyranoside (9), afzelin (10), isorhamnetin-3-O-β-D-glucoside (11), choerospondin (12), 5, 7-dihydroxy chromone-7-O-β-D-glucoside (13), erigeside C (14), tachioside (15), and uridine (16). Conclusion Compounds 5—8 are isolated from this plant for the first time, and compounds 9—16 are isolated from this genus for the first time.
