[摘要]
目的研究壮药山风Blumea aromatica的化学成分。方法采用柱色谱分离技术进行分离纯化,运用MS和NMR分析鉴定化合物结构。结果分得12个化合物,分别鉴定为1-羟基-2-甲基-4-甲氧基蒽醌(1)、3,7,3′,4′-O-四甲基槲皮素(2)、7,3′,4′-O-三甲基木犀草素(3)、咖啡酸乙酯(4)、3,7-O-二甲基槲皮素(5)、高圣草酚(6)、3′,4′-O-二甲基槲皮素(7)、槲皮素(8)、金圣草素(9)、木犀草素(10)、香草酸(11)和胡萝卜苷(12)。结论所有化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。其中化合物1、3、4为从艾纳香属植物中首次分离得到。

[Abstract]
Objective To study the chemical constituents in Bluruea aroruarica of Zhuang medicine. Methods The column chromatography was used to isolate and purify the compounds and their structures were identified by MS and NMR analyses Results Twelve compounds were identified as madeirin (1-hydroxy-2-methyl-4-methoxyanthraquinone, 1), 3, 7, 3', 4'-O- tetramethylquercetin (2), 7, 3', 4'-O-trimethylluteolin (3), ethyl caffeate (4), 3, 7-O-dimethylquercetin (5), homoeriodictyol (6), 3', 4'- O-dimethylquercetin (7), quercetin (8), chrysoeriol (9), luteolin (10), vanillic acid (11), and daucosterol (12). Conclusion All the above compounds are first obtained from the title plant, and compounds 1, 3, and 4 are reported to be obtained from the plants in Bluruea DC. for the first time.
