目的 对露兜簕Pandanus tectorius根进行化学成分研究。方法 采用硅胶柱、氧化铝柱色谱和制备薄层等色谱方法对露兜簕根部位化学成分进行分离纯化,根据化合物的NMR、MS、IR等波谱数据和理化性质鉴定分子结构。结果 从露兜簕根乙醇提取物分离获得1个新化合物(1)和5个已知化合物(2~6),分别鉴定为3-酮-24(31)-烯-28, 29-去甲基环木菠萝烷(1)、3-酮-24(31)-烯-环木菠萝烷(2)、3-酮-24(31)-烯-28-去甲基环木菠萝烷(3)、β-豆甾醇(4)、β-谷甾醇(5)和棕榈酸(6)。结论 化合物1为新化合物,命名为环露兜酮(cyclotectorone),环木菠萝烷型三萜化合物1~3均为首次从露兜簕根部位中分离鉴定。

[Abstract]
Objective To study the chemical constituents from the roots of Pandanus tectorius. Methods Phyotchemicals were isolated by using column chromatography on silica gel, alumina, and preparative TLC column. Their chemical structures were then elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic data, including NMR, IR, and MS analyses and their physicochemical properties. Results Six compounds were isolated in ethanol extract from the roots of P. tectorius and identified as 28, 29- norcycloartan-24(31)-en-3-one (1), cycloartan-24(31)-en-3-one (2), 28-norcycloartan-24(31)-en-3-one (3), β-stigmasterol (4), β- sitosterol (5), and palmitic acid (6). Conclusion Compound 1 is a new cycloartane triterpenoid named cyclotectorone (1). Another two known cycloartane type triterpenoids, compounds 2 and 3, are isolated from the roots of P. tectorius for the first time as well.
