目的 研究百蕊草种子萌发的适宜条件。方法 用光照培养箱人工培养的方法研究百蕊草种子萌发适宜条件。结果20~25 ℃的黑暗环境中百蕊草种子萌发率达72.5%~75%,且幼苗生长健壮;其寄主白茅根系分泌物可促进百蕊草种子萌发,萌发率可达76.67%。结论 百蕊草种子萌发的适宜条件为20~25 ℃的黑暗环境,寄主白茅根系分泌物可促进百蕊草种子萌发,提高发芽率。

[Abstract]
Objective To investigate the optimal germination conditions of Thesium chinensis seeds. Methods Seeds were germinated under cultivate box with light. Results Germination rate of T. chinensis seeds reached 72.50%―75.00% at 20―25 ℃ under dark condition with robust seedlings. The secretions of host Imperata cylindrical root can promote germination of T. chinensis seeds, and the germination rate could reach 76.67%. Conclusion The optimal temperature of T. chinensis seeds germination is about 20―25 ℃ under dark condition. The secretions of I. cylindrical root can promote germination of T. chinensis seeds and improve germination rate.
