目的 研究冷饭团Kadsura coccinea根茎(黑老虎)的化学成分。方法 运用硅胶柱色谱、制备薄层、RP-HPLC等方法分离纯化,根据理化性质以及光谱数据,对得到的化合物进行结构鉴定。结果 共分离得到9个化合物,分别鉴定为南五味子素O(1)、kadsuracoccinic acid A(2)、kadsuralignan F(3)、新南五味子木脂宁(4)、南五味子素N(5)、kadsurene A methyl ester(6)、原儿茶酸(7)、丁香酸(8)、胡萝卜苷(9)。结论 化合物1为新化合物,命名为南五味子素O;化合物8为首次从该植物中分离得到。

[Abstract]
Objective To study the chemical constituents from the roots and vine stems of Kadsura coccinea. Methods The compounds were isolated and purified by column chromatography, preparative TLC, and RP-HPLC. The structures were elucidated by means of physicochemical properties and spectroscopic analyses. Results Nine compounds were separated and identified as kadsulignan O (1), kadsuracoccinic acid A (2), kadsuralignan F (3), neokadsuranin (4), kadsulignan N (5), kadsurene A methyl ester (6), protocatechuic acid (7), syringic acid (8), and daucosterol (9). Conclusion Compound 1 is a new compound named kadsulignan O. Compound 8 is firstly isolated from roots and vine stems of K. coccinea.
