[摘要]
目的: 研究绿玉树Euphorbia tirucalli的化学成分。方法: 利用反复硅胶和凝胶LH-20柱色谱进行分离和纯化, 通过理化性质和波谱数据分析鉴定化合物结构。结果: 从绿玉树中分离得到11个化合物, 分别鉴定为香树脂醇乙酸酯(1)、羽扇烯酮(2)、3-乙酰基-20-羽扇烷醇(3)、环阿尔廷-25-烯-3β,24ζ-二醇(4)、环阿尔廷-25-烯-3β-醇-24-酮(5)、环阿尔廷-23(E)-烯-3β,25-二醇(6)、大戟烷-25-烯-3α-醇(7)、槲皮素(8)、山柰酚(9)、胡萝卜苷(10)、谷甾醇(11)。结论: 化合物1~9为首次从绿玉树中分离得到。

[Abstract]
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of Euphorbia tirucalli. Methods: The chemical constituents were isolated by repeated silica gel and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography, and their structures were elucidated by physical and spectral analyses. Results: Eleven compounds were isolated and identified as β-amyrin acetate (1), lupenone (2), 3-acetoxy-20-lupanol (3), cycloart-25-en-3β, 24ζ-diol (4), cycloart-25-en-3β-ol-24-one (5), cycloart-23(E)-en-3β, 25-diol (6), euphane-25-en-3α-ol (7), quercetin(8), kaempferol (9), daucosterin (10), and β-sitosterol (11). Conclusion: Compounds 1—9 are isolated from the title plant for the first time.
