[摘要]
目的 研究蛇鳞草Pronephrium triphyllum的化学成分。方法 利用硅胶柱色谱及Sephadex LH-20柱色谱进行分离纯化,并通过理化性质和波谱数据鉴定化合物结构。结果 从蛇鳞草中分离得到6个化合物,分别鉴定为(2S, 4R)-4′- methoxy-8-methyl-[(4, 2″)(11, 2′′′)]-dioxidoflavan-5, 7- di-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(蛇鳞草苷A,1)、正丁基-β-D-吡喃果糖苷(2)、三羽新月蕨苷A(3)、6, 7-二羟基香豆素(4)、胡萝卜苷(5)、β-谷甾醇(6)。结论 化合物1为新化合物,命名为蛇鳞草苷A。化合物2和4为首次从该属植物中分离得到,除化合物3外,其余化合物均首次从该植物中得到。

[Abstract]
Objective To study the chemical constituents in herb of Pronephrium triphyllum. Methods The chemical constituents were isolated and purified with silica gel and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography. Their structures were identified by spectral data and physicochemical properties. Results Six compounds were isolated and identified as (2S, 4R)-4′-methoxy-8-methyl-[(4, 2″)(11, 2′′′)]-dioxidoflavan-5, 7-di-O-β- D-glucopyranoside (shelincaoide A, 1), n-butyl-β-D-fructopyranoside (2), triphyllin A (3), 6, 7-dihydroxycomnarin (4), daucosterol (5), and β-sitosterol (6), respectively. Conclusion Compound 1 is a new compound named shelincaoide A. Compounds 2 and 4 are firstly isolated from the plants of Pronephrium Presl. and all compounds except 3 are obtained from P. triphyllum for the first time.
