[摘要]
目的研究红毛丹Nephelium lappaceum.果壳的化学成分。方法采用硅胶柱色谱与Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱色谱进行分离纯化,并运用波谱方法对分离的化合物进行结构鉴定。结果从红毛丹果壳醋酸乙酯提取物中分离鉴定了14个化合物,经波谱解析鉴定为邻苯二酚(1)、4-甲氧基甲苯(2)、没食子酸乙酯(3)、3-(3,4-二甲氧基苯基)-2-丙烯醛(4)、异莨菪亭(5)、麦角甾醇(6)、滨藜叶分药花苷(7)、常春藤皂苷元(8)、二氢山柰酚(9)、山柰酚(10)、kaempferol-3-β-D-(6-O-trans-p-coumaroyl)-glucopyranoside(11)、山柰酚-3-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖苷(12)、山柰酚-3-O-(6-O-咖啡酰基)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(13)、β-谷甾醇(14)。结论所有化合物均为首次从红毛丹果壳中分离得到。

[Abstract]
Objective To study the chemical constituents from the hulls of Nephelium lappaceum. Methods The constituents were separated by column chromatography and their structures were elucidated by spectral data analyses. Results Fourteen compounds were isolated from the EtOAc extract of the hulls of N. lappaceum and were identified as pyrocatechol (1), 1-methoxy-4-methylbenzene (2), ethyl gallate (3), 3-(3, 4-dimethoxyphenyl)-2-propenal (4), isocopoletin (5), ergosterol (6), atroside (7),hederagenin (8), dihydrokaempferol (9), kaempferol (10), kaempferol-3-β-D-(6-O-trans-p-coumaroyl)-glucopyranoside (11),kaempferol-3-α-L-ramnopyranoside (12), kaempferol 3-O-(6-O-caffeoyl)-β-D-glucopyranoside (13), and β-sitosterol (14).Conclusion All the compounds are obtained from the hulls of fruits of this plant for the first time.
