[摘要]
目的 研究斜脉暗罗Polyalthia plagioneura 茎的化学成分。方法 95%乙醇提取斜脉暗罗茎,制备总浸膏,硅胶柱色谱分离其成分,理化性质和波谱法鉴定其结构。结果 分离得到12个已知化合物,分别为马坎哥纳香碱A(1)、邻苯二甲酸正丁基异丁基酯(2)、邻苯二甲酸二异丁酯(3)、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(4)、丁香醛(5)、对羟基苯甲醛(6)、香草醛(7)、异吴萸酮酚(8)、乌苏酸(9)、木栓酮(10)、邻羟基苯甲酸(11)、4-羟基-2-甲氧基-3, 6-二甲基苯甲酸(12)。结论 化合物1~6、8、11、12为首次从该属植物中分离得到,所有化合物均为首次从该植物中得到。

[Abstract]
Objective To isolate and identify the components from the stems of Polyalthia plagioneura. Methods The compounds were isolated and purified by silica gel column, Sephadex LH-20, and C18 chromatography. Their chemical structures were elucidated on the basis of physicochemical properties and spectral data. Results Twelve compounds were isolated and identified as: marcanine A (1), butyl isobutyl phthalate (2), diisobutyl phthalate (3), dibutyl phthalate (4), syringaldehyde (5), 4-hydroxybenzaldehyde (6), vanillin (7), isoevodionol (8), ursolic acid (9), friedelin (10), 2-hydroxy-benzoic acid (11), and 4-hydroxy-2-methoxy-3, 6-dimethylbenzoic acid (12). Conclusion Compounds 1―6, 8, 11, and 12 are isolated from the plants of Polyalthia Bl. for the first time, and all compounds are isolated from this plant for the first time.
