目的 对桂枝茯苓胶囊内容物氯仿萃取部分的化学成分进行研究。方法 采用柱色谱技术进行分离纯化,利用理化性质及波谱方法对得到的单体化合物进行结构鉴定。结果 从桂枝茯苓胶囊内容物中共得到15个单体化合物,分别鉴定为丹皮酚(1)、苯甲酸(2)、β-谷甾醇(3)、反式桂皮酸(4)、白桦脂酸(5)、2,5-二羟基-4-甲基苯乙酮(6)、齐墩果酸(7)、茯苓酸(8)、花旗松素(9)、苦杏仁苷(10)、甘露醇(11)、3,3′-二甲氧基鞣花酸(12)、常春藤皂苷元(13)、没食子酸(14)、胡萝卜苷(15)结论 化合物1~15均为首次从该复方中得到。

Objective To investigate the chemical constituents of the chloroform extraction from Guizhi Fining Capsula. Methods The compounds were separated with column chromatography and their chemical structures were identified by physiochemical and spectral methods, respectively. Results Fifteen compounds were isolated from the Capsula. They were identified as paeonol (1), benzoic acid (2),p-stigmasterol (3), traps-cinnamic acid (4), betulinic acid (5), 2,5-dihydroxy-4-methylacetophenone (6), oleanolic acid (7), pachymic acid (8),taxifolin(9),amygdalin (10),mannitol (11), 3,3'-di-O-methyl ether ellagic acid (12), hederagenin (13), gallic acid (14), and daucosterol(15).Conclusion Compounds 1-15 are isolated from the Capsula for the first time.
