[摘要]
目的 建立麻仁软胶囊的质量控制标准,对7种成分进行测定。方法 采用Diamonsil-C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm),流动相为甲醇-0.05%磷酸(75∶25),检测波长254 nm。结果 和厚朴酚在78.48~523.20 ng,厚朴酚在141.60~944.00 ng,芦荟大黄素在43.00~258.00 ng,大黄酸在37.80~226.80 ng,大黄素在58.00~348.00 ng,大黄酚在67.8~406.8 ng,大黄素甲醚在48.00~288.00 ng线性关系良好。结论 该方法准确可靠,可用于麻仁软胶囊的质量控制。

[Abstract]
Objective To establish a method for the quality control standand of Maren Soft Capsula. Methods The HPLC method was used with Diamonsil-C18 column (250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm), a mixture liquid of methanol-0.05% H3PO4 (75 : 25) as mobile phase, and a detection wavelength 254 nm. Results The calibration curves of magnolol, honokiol, aloe-emodin, rhein, emodin, chrysophanol, and physcion were linear over the range of 78.48—523.20, 141.60—944.00, 43.00—258.00, 37.80—226.80, 58.00—348.00, 67.8—406.8, and 48.00—288.00 ng, respectively. Conclusion This is an accurate and credible quality control method, which is suitable for the quality control of Maren Soft Capsula.
