目的 研究中华猕猴桃Actinidia chinensis根中的化学成分。方法 采用硅胶柱色谱进行分离纯化,通过波谱方法鉴定化合物的结构。结果 从中华猕猴桃根中分离并鉴定了11个化合物,分别为r-奎尼酸内酯(1)、硬脂酸葡萄糖苷(2)、胡萝卜苷(3)、表-儿茶素(4)、2α, 3α, 24-三羟基-12-烯-28-乌苏酸(5)、表科罗索酸(6)、熊果酸(7)、正丁基果糖苷(8)、蔗糖(9)、二十四烷酸(10)、β-谷甾醇(11)。结论 化合物1为首次获得的新天然产物,化合物2、8和10首次从该植物中分离得到。

[Abstract]
Objictive To study the chemical constituents in the root of Actinidia chinensis. Methods The chemical constituents were isolated and purified by silica gel column and their structures were identified on the basis of spectral methods. Results Eleven compounds were isolated and identified as r-quinide (1), stearyl-β-D-glucopyranoside (2), daucosterol (3), (?)-epi-catechin (4), 2α,3α,24-trihydr-oxyurs-12-en-28-oic acid (5), 3-epi-corosolic acid (6), ursolic acid (7), n-butyl-β-D-fructopyranoside (8), sucrose (9), lignocericacid (10), and β-steriol (11). Conclusion Compound 1 is isolated for the first tine as natural substance, and compounds 2, 8, and 10 are isolated from A. chinensis for the first time.
