目的 制备具有缓释作用的和厚朴酚固体脂质纳米粒。方法 采用乳化蒸发-低温固化法制备和厚朴酚固体脂质纳米粒,通过正交试验对处方进行优化,并对其包封率、粒径、体外释放等进行考察。结果 制备的固体脂质纳米粒的平均粒径为159 nm,包封率为77.1%。结论 乳化蒸发-低温固化法可用于制备和厚朴酚固体脂质纳米粒。

Objective To prepare sustained-release honokiol solid lipid nanoparticles (H-SLN). Methods The solid lipid nanoparticles were prepared by emulsion-evaporation-solidified at low temperature method. The optimum condition was performed based on the orthogonal design to examine the entrapment efficiency, the mean diameter of the particles and the release in vitro. Results The entrapment efficiency ofhonokiol in the nanoparticles was 77.1% and the mean diameter of the particles was 159 nm. Conclusion The emulsion-evaporation-solidified at low temperature method can be used to prepare honokiol solid lipid nanoparticles.
