[摘要]
目的 研究野葛Pueraria lobata藤茎中的化学成分。方法 采用正相硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱色谱、制备薄层、重结晶等方法进行分离纯化,通过理化性质及波谱数据鉴定化合物结构。结果 分离了11个化合物,分别鉴定为去氢催吐萝芙醇(dehydrovomifoliol,1)、布卢竹柏醇(blumenol,2)、3β-羟基-5α,6α-环氧-7-大柱香波龙烯-9-酮(3β-hydroxy-5α,6α-epoxy-7-megastigmen-9-one,3)、甘草素(4)、鹰嘴豆醇(garbanzol,5)、阿魏酸(6)、2,4-二羟基苯甲醛(7)、4-羟基-2-甲氧基苯甲醛(8)-块茎葛素[(-)-tuberosin,9]、香豆雌酚(coumestrol,10)、β-谷甾醇(11)。结论 化合物1~3为倍半萜类化合物,为首次从葛属植物中分离得到;化合物4-8为首次从葛属植物中发现。

[Abstract]
Objective To study the chemical constituents from the cane ofPueraria lobata. Methods The Compounds were isolated by column chromatography over silica gel and purified by Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography and preparative TLC. The structures were elucidated by means of physicochemical properties and spectroscopic analyses. Results Eleven Compounds were separated and identified as:dehydrovomifoliol (1), blumenol A (2), 3p-hydroxy-Sa,6a-epoxy-7-megastigmen-9-one (3), liquiritigenin (4), garbanzol (5), ferulaldehyde (6), 2,4-dihydroxybenzaldehyde (7), 4-hydroxy-2-ethoxybenzaldehyde (8),tuberosin (9), coumestrol (10), andp-sitosterol (11). Conclusion Compounds 1-3 are sesquiterpenoids, which are firstly isolated from the plants of Pueraria DC., and Compounds 4-8 are obtained from the plants of Pueraria DC. for the first time.
