目的对黄秋葵Abelmoschus esculentusl正丁醇部位的化学成分进行研究。方法利用Sephadex LH-20、MCI、ODS和硅胶色谱柱分离纯化,根据理化性质和波谱数据鉴定结构。结果 分离得到了12个化合物,分别鉴定为尿嘧啶(1)、尿嘧啶核苷(2)、尿嘧啶脱氧核苷(3)、腺嘌呤(4)、腺嘌呤核苷(5)、3′-脱氧腺苷(6)、鸟嘌呤核苷(7)、鸟嘌呤脱氧核苷(8)、苯丙氨酸(9)、酪氨酸(10)、亮氨酸(11)、异亮氨酸(12)。结论化合物1~8均为首次从黄秋葵中分离得到。

[Abstract]
Objective To investigate the chemical constituents of Abelmoschus esculentusl.Methods Compounds were isolated and purified by Sephadex LH-20,MCI,ODS,and silica gel column chromato-graphy.Their chemical structures were elucidated on the basis of physicochemical properties and spectral data(1H-NMR and 13C-NMR).Results Twelve compounds were isolated and identified as: uracil(1),uridine(2),deoxyuridine(3),adenine(4),adenosine(5),3′-deoxyadenosine(6),guanosine(7), deoxyguanosine(8),phenylalanine(9),tyrosine(10),leucine(11),and isoleucine(12).Conclusion Compounds 18 are separated from A.esculentusl for the first time.
