目的对野生金荞麦进行遗传多样性研究。方法通过ISSR技术对8个野生金荞麦居群的共92个个体进行遗传多样性分析。结果用12个随机引物共扩增出103条清晰条带, 其中90条具多态性, 平均多态性位点比率为87.38%, Nei′s基因多样性指数H=0.374 7, Shannon多样性指数I=0.572 8, 遗传分化指数Gst=0.171 8。遗传距离和遗传一致度分别为:0.043 1~0.384 9和0.684 3~0.954 5。结论金荞麦种内具有较高的遗传多样性, 遗传变异主要存在于居群内部, 遗传多样性与地理关系表现出明显的相关性。ISSR可以作为研究遗传多样性及遗传分化的有效标记。

[Abstract]
Objective To discuss the genetic diversity of Fagopyrum cymosum.Methods The genetic diversity of 92 individuals from eight populations were analyzed by ISSR marker.Results Twelve primers were selected to produce highly reproducible ISSR bands.Among 103 amplified bands,90 showed polymorphism,the percentage of polymorphic bands reached 87.38%.Nei′s gene diversity index(H) was 0.374 7,Shannon information index(I) was 0.572 8,Gst was 0.171 8.The genetic distance coefficient and the genetic similarity were 0.043 1~0.384 9 and 0.684 3~0.954 5,respectively.ConclusionF.cymosum has high genetic diversity and the majority of genetic variation occur in the populations.By cluster analysis,the geographical distribution is very obvious.The ISSR marker can be used for the analysis of the genetic diversity and genetic variation of F.cymosum.
