[摘要]
目的研究马兰Kali meris indica的化学成分。方法利用各种硅胶柱色谱分离方法反复分离纯化,用各种波谱数据分析鉴定化合物的结构。结果从马兰的乙醇提取部分分离得到14个脂肪类化合物,分别鉴定为角鲨烯(1)、正十八烷(2)、正三十一烷(3)、正十九烷醇(4)、正十六烷酸(5)、正十九烷酸(6)、2-三十三酮(7)、正二十六烷醇(8)、正二十烷酸(9)、正四十烷醇(10)、正二十二烷酸(11)、古柯二醇(12)、α-菠甾醇-3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(13)、α-菠甾醇-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷-6'-O-棕榈酸酯(14)。结论所有化合物均为首次从该属植物中分离得到。

[Abstract]
Objective To study the constituents of Kalimeris indica.Methods The constituents were isolated by various chromatographic techniques and their structures were elucidated by their physicochemical properties and the spectral data analyses.Results Fourteen fatty compounds were isolated and identified as squalene(1),octadecane(2),hentriacontane(3),nonadecanol(4),n-hexadecanioc acid(5),nonadecanoic acid(6),tritriacontan2-one(7),n-hexacosanol(8),henicosanoic acid(9),n-tetracontanol(10),docosanoic acid(11),erythodiol(12),α-spinasteryl-3-O-β-D-glucoside(13),and α-spinasteryl-3-O-β-D-glucoside-6'-O-palmitate(14).Conclusion All compounds are isolated from K.indica for the first time.
