[摘要]
目的 对山茶科植物木荷Schima superba茎中化学成分进行分离鉴定。方法 采用硅胶柱色谱、Sepha-dex LH-20柱色谱和HPLC等色谱方法进行成分分离,采用NMR、质谱等波谱学方法进行结构鉴定。结果 从木荷茎中分离鉴定了12个化合物,分别为camelliagenin A(1)、Al-barrigenol(2)、barringtogenol C(3)、2,6-二甲氧基苯醌(2,6-dimethoxybenzoquinone,4)、2,4,6-三甲氧基苯酚(2,4,6-trimethoxyphenol,5)、丁香酸(syringic acid,6)、松柏醛(coniferyl aldehyde,7)、丁香醛(syringaldehyde,8)、山柰酚(kaempferol,9)、槲皮素-3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(quercetin-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside,10)、槲皮素-3-O-β-D-吡喃半乳糖苷(quercetin-3-O-β-D-galactopyranoside,11)和acernikol(12)。结论 以上化合物均为首次从该种植物中分离得到,除化合物2以外,其他化合物均为首次从该属植物中分离得到。

[Abstract]
Objective To study the chemical constituents in the stems of Shima superba.Methods The chemical constituents were isolated and purified by chromatography on silica gel,Sephadex LH-20 column,and HPLC.Their structures were determined on the basis of spectral data analyses.Results Twelve compounds were isolated,and structures were identified as camelliagenin A(1),Al-barrigenol(2),barringtogenol C(3),2,6-dimethoxybenzoquinone(4),2,4,6-trimethoxyphenol(5),syringic acid(6),coniferyl aldehyde(7),syringaldehyde(8),kaempferol(9), quercetin-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(10),quercetin-3-O-β-D-galactopyranoside(11),and acernikol(12),respectively.Conclusion All the compounds are isolated from this plant and plants of Schima Reinw except compound 2 for the first time.
