[摘要]
目的研究菝葜Smilax china的化学成分。方法采用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20、ODS柱色谱及半制备液相色谱等技术分离菝葜的化学成分,根据化合物的理化性质及波谱数据鉴定化合物的结构。结果从菝葜中分离得到11个化合物,其中黄酮类成分7个:二氢山柰酚-5-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(Ⅰ)、黄杞苷(Ⅱ)、异黄杞苷(Ⅲ)、双氢槲皮素-3′-O-葡萄糖苷(Ⅳ)、3,5,7,3′,5′-五羟基二氢黄酮醇(Ⅴ)、落新妇苷(Ⅵ)和槲皮素-3′-O-葡萄糖苷(Ⅶ);二苯乙烯类化合物4个:白藜芦醇昔(Ⅷ)、藨草素A(scirpusin A,Ⅸ)、白藜芦醇(Ⅹ)和2,4,3′,5′-四羟基茋(Ⅺ)。结论化合物Ⅳ~Ⅸ均为首次从该植物中分离得到;化合物Ⅸ的碳谱数据为首次报道。

[Abstract]
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Smilax china.Methods The compounds were isolated by silica gel,Sephadex LH-20,ODS chromatography, and semi-preparative HPLC.Their structures were elucidated on the basis of MS and NMR spectroscopic analyses.Results Seven flavonoids and four stilbenes were isolated and identified as dihydrokaempferol-S-O-β-Dglucoside(Ⅰ),engeletin(Ⅱ),isoengeletin(Ⅲ),dihydroquercetin-3-o-glycoside(Ⅳ),3,5,7,3',5'-pentahydroxy-flavanonol(Ⅴ),astilbin(Ⅵ),quercetin-3'-O-glycoside(Ⅶ),piceid(Ⅷ),scirpusin A(Ⅸ),resveratrol(Ⅹ),and oxyresveratrol(Ⅺ).Conclusion Compounds Ⅳ-Ⅸ are isolated from this plant for the first time,among which the 13C-NMR data of compound IX is reported firstly.
