[摘要]
目的 研究青龙衣的化学成分。方法 利用普通硅胶柱色谱技术对青龙衣乙醇提取浸膏进行分离、纯化,并利用核磁共振(NMR)、EI-MS 等现代波谱技术鉴定化合物结构。结果 从青龙衣中分离鉴定了8个化合物,分别为泰国树脂酸(siaresinolic acid,Ⅰ)、白桦脂酸(betulinic acid,Ⅱ)、胡萝卜苷(daucosterin,Ⅲ)、4,5-O-异丙叉基-α-四氢萘醌(4,5-O-isopropylidene-α-tetralone,Ⅳ)、4-甲氧基-α-四氢萘醌-5-O-α-葡萄糖苷(4-methoxy-α-tetralone-5-O-α-glucopyranoside,Ⅴ)、4-乙氧基-8-羟基-α-四氢萘醌(4-ethoxy-8-hydroxy-α-tetralone,Ⅵ)、2,3-二羟基-1-(4-羟基取代苯基)-1-丙酮[2,3-dihydroxy-1-(4-hydroxy-phenyl)-propan-l-one,Ⅶ]、二氢红花菜豆酸(dihydrophaseic acid,Ⅷ)。结论 8个化合物均为首次从青龙衣中分离得到,其中化合物Ⅶ为新化合物,命名为核桃素D (juglanin D)。化合物Ⅳ为新的天然产物。

[Abstract]
Objective To study the chemical constituents in the green walnut husks of Juglans regia.Methods The chemical constituents were isolated from ethanol fraction in the green walnut husks of J. regia by silica gel column chromatography.Their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectral analysis.Results Eight compounds were isolated and identified as siaresinolic acid(Ⅰ),betulinic acid(Ⅱ),daucosterin(Ⅲ),4,5-O-isopropylidene-α-tetralone(Ⅳ),4-methoxy-α-tetralone-5-Oα-glucopyranoside(Ⅴ),4-ethoxy-8-hydroxy-α-tetralone(Ⅵ),2,3-dihydroxy-1-(4-hydroxy-phenyl)-propan-l-one(Ⅶ),dihydrophaseic acid(Ⅷ).Conclusion Compounds Ⅰ-Ⅷ are isolated from this plant for the first time and compound Ⅶ is a new compound.
