[摘要]
目的研究新疆产准噶尔大戟叶的化学成分.方法95%乙醇提取后用石油醚、氯仿和正丁醇梯度萃取,经反复硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱纯化等方法进行分离.结果对分离得到的8个化合物用波谱方法分别鉴定为柯伊利素(Ⅰ)、邻苯二甲酸(2,5-二甲基己基)二酯(Ⅱ)、秦皮素(Ⅲ)、4-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖-3,5-二甲氧基-2E-苯丙烯醇(Ⅳ)、秦皮苷(Ⅴ)、3-甲基鞣花酸-3'-O-β-D-木糖苷(Ⅵ)、3,3'-二甲基鞣花酸硫酸酯(Ⅶ)和(+)异落叶松脂素-9-O-β-D-木糖苷(Ⅷ).结论化合物Ⅶ为一新天然产物,其余7个化合物均首次从该植物中分离得到.

[Abstract]
Objective To investigate chemical constituents in the leaves of Euphorbia soongarica(Xinjiang origin).Methods The leaves were extracted with 95% EtOH and partitioned with petroleum ether,CHCl3,and n-BuOH,respectively.Compounds were isolated by using repeated silical gel column chromatography and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography.Results Eight compounds were identified on the basis of physioch-emical properties and spectral data as chrysoeriol(Ⅰ),phthalic acid,bis-(2,5-dimethylhexyl)ester(Ⅱ),fraxetin(Ⅲ),3-(4-O-β-D-glucopyranos-yloxy-3,5-dimethoxy)-phenyl-2E-propenol(Ⅳ),fraxin(Ⅴ),3-methylellagic acid-3'-O-β-D-xylopyranoside(Ⅵ),3,3'-dimethylellagic acid-4-O-sulpha-te(Ⅶ),and(+)-isolariciresinol-9-O-β-D-xylopyranoside(Ⅷ).Conclusion Compound Ⅶ is a new natural product,the other seven compounds are obtained from this plant for the first time.
