[摘要]
目的探讨低钾胁迫对苍术生长发育及其挥发油成分的影响,揭示低钾环境与苍术道地性形成的关系。方法通过苍术植株不同程度低钾胁迫受控实验,分析测定其生物量及植株全钾、可溶性蛋白、总挥发油量的变化,并采用GC-MS分离鉴定挥发油中各组分,使用SPSS分析软件进行统计。结果除根长外,低钾胁迫组的株高、根茎粗、叶片数、分枝数、须根数、地上鲜质量与干质量、地下鲜质量与干质量等指标均较正常组显著降低(P<0.05);植株全钾与可溶性蛋白质的量随培养液供钾水平的提高而升高;低钾胁迫组挥发油组分显示出质量分数较大的组分数目显著增多、各组分的量趋于均衡、茅术醇与β-桉油醇2个主要成分的量显著下降(P<0.05)。结论适度低钾胁迫导致的苍术挥发油组分变化与道地药材苍术的挥发油特征相符,低钾胁迫应是苍术药材道地性形成的重要逆境因子之一。

[Abstract]
Objective To study the effect of low-potassium stress on growth of Atratylodes lancea and components in its essential oil and reveal the relationship between lOW-potassium stress and the formationof geoherbs of A.1ancea.Methods With controlled experiment of A.1ancea under different low-potassium stress,the biomass,total potassium of plant,dissoluble proteins,and the content of essentialoil were measured,and the components in essential oil were isolated and determined by GC-MS.The datawere analyzed by SPSS software.Results Compared with the control group,the indexes Ofplant height,rhizome circumference,lamina number,ramous number,fibrous root number,fresh weight and dryweight of aerial and underground parts in low-potassium stress group were all significantly decreased except root length(P<0.05);Total potassium and dissoluble proteins of plant increased with theincreasing of potassium level of culture fluid;The content of components yielding more percent increasedmarkedly.The content of different components trended to balance,and among them two maincomponents,hinesol and B-eudesmol decreased significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion The change of thecomponents in its essential oil induced by moderating low-potassium stress is consistent with the naphthacomposing characteristics of geoherbs of A.1ancea.The low-potassium stress is an important adversityfactor in the formation for geoherbs of A.ncea.
