[摘要]
目的研究猫爪草的化学成分。方法采用溶剂提取和柱色谱分离等方法进行分离和纯化,根据化合物的理化常数和波谱数据鉴定其结构。结果从醋酸乙酯和正丁醇部位分离鉴定了9个化合物,分别鉴定为:粗贝壳杉黄酮-4′-甲醚(Ⅰ)、榧双黄酮(Ⅱ)、罗汉松双黄酮A(Ⅲ)、白果素(Ⅳ)、异银杏素(Ⅴ)、穗花杉双黄酮(Ⅵ)、猫爪草苷[4氧-代-5-(O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基)-戊酸-正丁基酯](Ⅶ)、4-氧代-5-(O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基)-戊酸甲酯(Ⅷ)、苯甲醇O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(Ⅸ)。结论化合物Ⅰ~Ⅵ为首次从本属植物中分离得到,Ⅷ是新的天然产物,Ⅸ为首次从该植物中分得。

[Abstract]
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Ranunculus ternatus.Methods The constituents were isolated and purified by column chromatographic methods.Their structures were elucidated by physicochemical properties and spectral analyses.Results Nine compounds were obtained and identified as robustaflavone-4’-methyl ether (I), kayaflavone (Ⅱ), podocarpusflavone A (Ⅲ),bilobetin(1V),isoginkgetin(V),amentoflavone(Ⅵ),4-oxo-5-(0-pD-glucopyranosyl)-pentanoic acid-1-0-butyl ester(I),4-oxo-5-(O-pD-glucopyranosyl)-pentansaeure-methyl ester(v1),benzyl alcohol 0-p D-glucopyranoside(IX).Conclusion Compounds I-Vl are obtained from the plants of Ranunculus Linn.for the first time.compoundⅦis a new natural product and compound IX is obtained from this plant for the first time.
