目的: 选择较合适的大孔吸附树脂, 对当归中阿魏酸进行富集纯化, 提高产品质量。方法: 采用大孔吸附树脂对阿魏酸进行吸附及洗脱性能试验, 同时采用HPLC法进行分析检测。结果: 筛选出较合适的吸附树脂DA201, 得到了最佳的工艺参数, 使阿魏酸的质量分数由原材料中的0.15%富集提高到25.1%。结论: 该工艺成本低, 效果好, 树脂可重复使用, 对于当归中阿魏酸的纯化有很好的应用前景。

Objective: To select the suitable macroporous adsorption resins for enrichment and purification ferulic acid from Angelica sinensis so as to improve the product quality.Methods: Macroporous adsorption resins were used to study the adsorption and desorption characteristics of ferulic acid.At the same time HPLC was used in detection.Results: The best resin DA201 was chosen and the optimum parameters were obtained.The content of ferulic acid was increased from 0.15% in the raw material to 25.1% Conclusion: The material has a low cost and the operation is easy.The adsorption resins can be used again, which has a good applied foreground.
