[摘要]
目的研究通光藤Marsdenia tenacissima的化学成分。方法利用硅胶、Dephadex LH-20等各种色谱技术进行分离纯化,根据化合物的理化性质和光谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果从通光藤的正丁醇层提取物中分离得到6个化合物,分别鉴定为二氢肉珊瑚苷元(Ⅰ)、胡萝卜苷(Ⅱ)、3-O-乙酰基-齐墩果烷-18-烯-3β-羟基(3-O-acetyl-oleanane-18-ene-3β-ol,Ⅲ)、牛奶菜醇(Ⅳ)、β-谷甾醇(Ⅴ)、豆甾醇(Ⅵ)。结论化合物Ⅰ为首次从自然界中分离得到的新天然产物,化合物Ⅱ为首次从该植物中分得。

[Abstract]
Objective TostudythechemicalconstituentsofMarsdeniatenacissima. Methods Various chromatographic techniques were employed for the isolation and purification of the constituents, such as silica gel and Sephadex LH-20, etc. Results Six compounds were isolated from n-butyl alcohol layer of M. tenacissima and their structures were identified as dihydrosarcostin (Ⅰ), daucosterol (Ⅱ), 3-O-acetyl-oleanane-18-ene-3β-ol (Ⅲ), condutirol (Ⅳ), β-sitosterol (Ⅴ), and stigmasterol (Ⅵ). Conclusion For the first time, compound Ⅰ is found as a natural product in this plant and compounds Ⅰ-Ⅱ are isolated from this plant.
