[摘要]
目的研究固体培养条件下2种真菌诱导子对铁皮石斛原球茎生长的影响。方法筛选获得铁皮石斛原球茎的继代培养基及其生长曲线。根据生长曲线,在原球茎生长的不同时期加入真菌诱导子,考察诱导子对原球茎鲜质量和干质量的影响。结果铁皮石斛原球茎继代培养基:1/2MS+20%土豆+3%蔗糖+0.8%琼脂。与对照相比,第11周和第13周加入MF23诱导子使原球茎鲜质量分别提高了16.4%(P<0.01)和23.4%(P<0.01),干质量分别提高了6.7%(P<0.05)和17.9%(P<0.01),继代培养基中加入MF23诱导子使原球茎干质量降低了9.9%(P<0.01)。与对照相比,第11周和第13周加入MF24诱导子使原球茎鲜质量分别提高了17.7%(P<0.01)和12.0%(P<0.05),第11周加入MF24诱导子使原球茎干质量提高了9.2%(P<0.05),继代培养基中加入MF24诱导子使原球茎干质量降低了13.9%(P<0.01)。结论在原球茎培养的早期加入真菌诱导子,对原球茎的生长有一定抑制作用;在原球茎培养的后期加入真菌诱导子,对原球茎的生长有促进作用。
