[摘要]
目的研究炒白芥子中的化学成分,为进一步明确其中的有效成分奠定基础。方法采用溶剂法进行提取和萃取,采用色谱和重结晶等方法进行分离纯化,利用波谱法进行结构鉴定。结果从炒白芥子中分离得到了10个化合物,分别鉴定为4-羟基苯乙酸-2′-醛基-5′-呋喃甲酯(Ⅰ)、对羟苯基乙腈(Ⅱ)、对羟基苯甲醛(Ⅲ)、胡萝卜苷(Ⅳ)、软脂酸-1-单甘油酯(Ⅴ)、β-谷甾醇(Ⅵ)、芥子酸(Ⅶ)、对羟基苯甲酸(Ⅷ)、对羟基苯乙酸(Ⅸ)和双(5-甲酰基糠基)醚(Ⅹ)。结论上述10个化合物均为首次从炒白芥子中分离得到,其中Ⅰ为新化合物,命名为白芥子醛(sinaldehyde),化合物Ⅲ,Ⅴ,Ⅷ~Ⅹ为首次从生白芥子中分离得到。

ObjectiveTo study the chemical constituents of roasted sinap is seeds in order to clarify the effective constituents. Method sRoasted sinap is seeds were extracted and part it ioned and the chemical constituents were purified by chromatography and recrys- tallization and then the structures were deter-mined by spect ralanalyses ResultsTen compounds were obtained and determ ined as (5-formylfuran-2-yl) methyl-2-(4-hydroxyphenyl) acetate (É) , 2-(4-hydroxyphenyl) aceton it rile (Ê ),4-hydroxyben-zaldehyde (Ë ),dauco sterol (Ì ),2,3-dihydroxyp ropyl palmitate (Í ) ,B-sito sterol(Ï),sinap icacid(Ï),4-hydroxybenzo icacid(Ð) ,2-(4-hydroxyphenyl) aceticacid (Ν ),and (5-formylfuran-2-yl)ether(Ò).ConclusionThese ten compounds are isolated from roasted sinap is seeds for the first time1 Compound È is a new compound named as sinaldehyde1 The isolation of Ë,Í,D-Òhas been isolated from raw sinap is seeds for the first time.
