目的以PEG6000溶液模拟干旱胁迫条件,研究黄芩种子的萌发和幼苗生长对干旱胁迫的响应。方法分别用10%和20%PEG6000处理黄芩种子,对种子的含水量、萌发率、萌发势、萌发指数、幼苗鲜质量及各器官的长度进行测量。结果PEG6000处理对黄芩种子的含水量、萌发率和幼苗的生长均产生影响。结论10%PEG6000浸种4h、20%PEG6000浸种1h可以提高黄芩种子的萌发率,可以选择20%PEG6000处理黄芩种子8h作为模拟干旱条件,用于幼苗黄芩抗旱材料的选育工作。

Objective To simulate the solution drought stress conditions with PEG 6000 for study on the seeds germination and seedling growth of Scutellaria baicalensis in response to drought stress.Methods The seeds of S.baicalensis was treated with 10% and 20% PEG 6000,respectively,then the water content,germination rate,germination potential,germination index,the fresh weight of seedlings,and the length of the organs were measured.Results All treatments of PEG 6000 had the influence on the water content,germination rate,and the growth of the seedlings.Conclusion Soaking with 10% PEG 6000 for 4 h and 20% PEG 6000 for 1 h could improve the seed germination rate.The treatment of 20% PEG 6000 for 8 h could be used as simulated drought stress conditions and for selective work aginst drought of seedling breeding.
