[摘要]
目的 采用微波提取技术从葡萄籽中提取原花青素。方法 考察微波提取工艺中5个影响收率的因素:提取温度、微波输出功率、溶剂体积分数、微波加热时间、固液比例。结果 最佳生产工艺条件:使用80%乙醇,在微波输出功率600W,温度80℃条件下,持续加热3min,固液比例为1∶8。原花青素收率可达到22.73%。结论 本研究建立了适合于工业化生产的微波提取葡萄籽中原花青素的工艺条件。

Objective Microwave extraction(ME)method was studied for the extraction of proantho— cyanidins(PC)from grape seeds.Methods Several factors,such as the ME temperature,microwave power,concentration of extraction solvent,ME time,and the solid//iquid ratios were investigated and the optimal conditions were obtained from the experiments.Results The optimum condition of ME was 3 min extracting in 80%ethanol water solvent at 80℃under the microwave power 600 W,the solid/liquid ratio was 1:8(g/mL).The extraction percentage of PC was 22.73%with the described conditions.Conclusion The preliminary extracting technology of PC from grape seeds is established in the study.It can be applied to the production in industry.
