[摘要]
目的 研究灰毡毛忍冬Lonicera macranthoides花蕾的化学成分。方法 灰毡毛忍冬药材90%乙醇提取液依次用石油醚和醋酸乙酯萃取,醋酸乙酯萃取部分反复柱色谱得到化合物。结果 从灰毡毛忍冬花蕾中分离鉴定了6个皂苷类化合物:3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基(1-4)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基(1-3)-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖基(1-2)-α-L-吡喃阿拉伯糖基-常春藤皂苷元-28-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基(1-6)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖酯苷(Ⅰ)、3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基(1-3)-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖基(1-2)-α-L-吡喃阿拉伯糖基-常春藤皂苷元-28-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基(1-6)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖酯苷(Ⅱ)、3-O-α-L-吡喃阿拉伯糖基-常春藤皂苷元-28-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基(1-6)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖酯苷(Ⅲ)、3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基(1-4)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基(1-3)-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖基(1-2)-α-L-吡喃阿拉伯糖基-常春藤皂苷元(Ⅳ)、3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基(1-3)-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖基(1-2)-α-L-吡喃阿拉伯糖基-常春藤皂苷元(Ⅴ)、3-O-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖基(1-2)-α-L-吡喃阿拉伯糖基-齐墩果酸-28-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基(1-6)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖酯苷(Ⅵ)。结论 化合物Ⅲ为首次从忍冬属植物中分得,Ⅳ、Ⅴ为首次从该植物中分得,Ⅵ为首次从该植物中分得的齐墩果酸型皂苷。

[Abstract]
Objective To study the chemical constituents from flower buds of Lonicera macranthoides.Methods The 90% EtOH extract of L.macranthoides was successively extracted with petroleum ether and ethyl acetate.The following compounds(Ⅰ-Ⅵ) were obtained by repeated column chromatography of the ethyl acetate fraction.Results Six saponins were isolated from the flower buds of L.macranthoides and identified as:3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl(1-4)-β-D-glucopyranosyl(1-3)-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl(1-2)-α-L-arabinopyranosyl hederagenin 28-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1-6)-β-D-glucopyranoside(Ⅰ);3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl(1-3)-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl(1-2)-α-L-arabinopyranosyl hederagenin 28-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1-6)-β-D-glucopyranoside(Ⅱ);3-O-α-L-arabinopyranosyl hederagenin 28-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1-6)-β-D-glucopyranoside(Ⅲ);3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl(1-4)-β-D-glucopyranosyl(1-3)-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl(1-2)-α-L-arabinopyranosyl-hederagenin(Ⅳ);3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl(1-3)-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl(1-2)-α-L-arabinopyranosyl hederagenin(Ⅴ);3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl(1-2)-α-L-arabinopyranosyl oleanolic acid 28-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1-6)-β-D-glucopyranoside(Ⅵ).Conclusion Compound Ⅲ is first isolated from the plants of Lonicera L.,compounds Ⅳ and Ⅴ are isolated from this plant for the first time,and compound Ⅵ is an oleanolic acid saponin isolated from this plant for the first time.
