[摘要]
目的 研究川佛手Citrus medica var.sarcodactylis的化学成分。方法 对川佛手95%乙醇提取物的石油醚和醋酸乙酯部分进行色谱分离,根据光谱数据和理化性质确定各化合物的结构。结果 分离得到5种已知成分,分别为柠檬内酯(limettin,Ⅰ)、6,7-二甲氧基香豆素(scoparone,Ⅱ)、5-异戊烯氧基-7-甲氧基香豆素(7-methoxy-5-prenyloxy-coumarin,Ⅲ)、白当归素(byak-angelicin,Ⅳ)、β-谷甾醇(β-sitosterol,Ⅴ)。结论 化合物Ⅳ为首次从芸香科植物中分离得到,其余4个化合物为首次从川佛手中分离得到。

[Abstract]
Objective To investigate the chemical constituents in Citrus medica var. sarcodactylis from Sichuan Province. Methods The constituents of the petroleum ether- and ethyl acetate-soluble portions in the 95% ethanol extract were isolated and purified by means of chromatography. Their structures were identified by their physicochemical characteristics and spectral data. Results Five known-compounds were isolated and identified as limettin (Ⅰ), scoparone (Ⅱ), 7-methoxy-5-prenyloxy-coumarin (Ⅲ), byak-angelicin (Ⅳ), and β-sitosterol (Ⅴ). Conclusion Compound Ⅳ is isolated from the plants of Rutaceae for the first time. The other four are isolated from C. medica var. sarcodactylis from Sichuan Province for the first time.
