[摘要]
目的研究蔓荆Vitextrifolia果实的化学成分。方法蔓荆干燥果实用95%乙醇提取,采用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20、Rp-8、Rp-18柱色谱进行分离纯化,通过波谱分析(MS、1H-NMR、13C-NMR)鉴定其结构。结果从蔓荆中分离得到15个化合物,其中6个二萜、2个倍半萜、1个环烯醚萜苷、1个芳香酸、1个蒽酯、1个黄酮、1个木质素和2个甾体,分别鉴定为:vitexilactone(Ⅰ)、previtexilactone(Ⅱ)、abietatriene-3β-ol(Ⅲ)、vitexlactamA(Ⅳ)、vitedoinB(Ⅴ)、vitetrifolinD(Ⅵ)、spathulenol(Ⅶ)、ent-4α,10β-dihydroxyaromadendrane(Ⅷ)、agnuside(Ⅸ)、大黄素甲醚(Ⅹ)、紫花牡荆素(Ⅺ)、对羟基苯甲酸(ⅩⅡ)、paulownin(ⅩⅢ)、过氧麦角甾醇(ⅩⅣ)、β-谷甾醇(ⅩⅤ)。结论除化合物Ⅰ、Ⅲ、Ⅵ、Ⅸ、Ⅺ、ⅩⅡ、ⅩⅣ外,其他8个化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。

[Abstract]
Objective To study the chemical constituents from the fruits of Vitex trifolia.Methods The fruits of V.trifolia were extracted with 95% ethanol,and isolated and purified by column chromatography on silica gel,Sephadex LH-20,and Rp-8 and Rp-18 gel.All the compounds were identified based on spectral analyses (including MS, 1H-NMR,and 13C-NMR).Results Fifteen compounds were isolated from V. trifolia and were characterized as vitexilactone (Ⅰ),previtexilactone (Ⅱ),abietatriene-3β-ol (Ⅲ),vitexlactam A (Ⅳ),vitedoin B (Ⅴ),vitetrifolin D (Ⅵ), spathulenol (Ⅶ),ent-4α,10β-dihydroxy-aromadendrane (Ⅷ),agnuside (Ⅸ),physcion (Ⅹ),casticin (Ⅺ),p-hydroxybenzoic acid (Ⅹ Ⅱ), paulownin(Ⅹ Ⅲ),ergosterol peroxide (Ⅹ Ⅳ),and β-sitosterols (Ⅹ Ⅴ).Conclusion Except for the compounds Ⅰ,Ⅲ,Ⅵ,Ⅸ,Ⅺ,ⅩⅡ,and Ⅹ Ⅳ, the other eight compounds are obtained from this plant for the first time.
