[摘要]
目的 研究草胡椒属植物石蝉草Peperomiadindygulensis的化学成分。方法 用色谱法分离化合物,根据理化性质和光谱数据鉴定结构。结果 从石蝉草的氯仿部位分离得到了8个化合物,分别鉴定为:二(2-甲氧基-4,5-亚甲二氧基)-苯基酮(Ⅰ)、草胡椒素B(peperomin B,Ⅱ)、草胡椒素C(peperomin C,Ⅲ)、5-羟基-4′,7,8-三甲氧基黄酮(Ⅳ)、5-羟基-3′,4′,7,8-四甲氧基黄酮(Ⅴ)、5,3′-二羟基-4′,7,8-三甲氧基黄酮(Ⅵ)、β-谷甾醇(Ⅶ)、正十六酸(Ⅷ)。结论 化合物Ⅰ为新化合物,命名为石蝉草素(dindygulensin)。除化合物Ⅴ外,其余成分均为首次从该种植物中分离得到。

Objective? To study?the chemical constituents?of Peperomia dindygulensis.Methods??Chromatographywas used to isolate andpurifythe chemical constituents, their structures were identified?by spectral analyses.Results??Eight compounds were isolated and identified?As bis-(2-methoxy-4, 5-methylenedioxy)-benzophenone?(I), peperomin B?(Ⅱ), peperomin C?(Ⅲ), ?5-hydroxy-4’, ?7, 8-?trimethoxy flavone(IV), 5-hydroxy-37, 47, 7, 8-tetramethoxy flavone(V), 5, 37-dihydroxy-47, 7, 8-?trimethoxy flavone(Ⅵ), t3-sitosterol(Ⅶ), hexadecanoic acid(Ⅷ).Conclusion??Compound?I?is a new?compound named as dindygulensin.All compounds, except V, are isolated fromP.dindygulensisfor the?first time.?
