[摘要]
目的 对野花椒Zanthoxylum simulans根的化学成分进行研究。方法 用柱色谱技术对化合物进行分离纯化,并用光谱技术和理化性质鉴定化合物的结构。结果 从野花椒根乙醇提取物分离得到1个新的单萜苷和4个已知化合物,分别鉴定为(1R,2R,4S)-2-羟基-1,8-桉树脑-2-O-α-D-芹菜糖基(1→6)-β-D-葡萄糖苷[(1R,2R,4S)-2-hydroxy-1,8-cineole-2-O-α-D-apiofuranosyl-(1→6)-β-D-glucopyranoside,Ⅰ]、淫羊藿苷E5(icarisideE5,Ⅱ)、巨盘木碱(flindersine,Ⅲ)、N-甲基-巨盘木碱(N-methylflindersine,Ⅳ)、胡萝卜苷(daucosterol,Ⅴ)。结论 化合物Ⅰ为新化合物,命名为野花椒苷A(zansiumloside A)。化合物为首次从该属植物中分离得到。

Objective??To study the chemical constituents from the roots ofZanthoxylumsimulans.Methods?
