[摘要]
目的研究东北铁线莲Clematis manshurica的化学成分。方法利用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20、PHPLC等色谱方法进行化合物的分离纯化,根据化合物的理化性质、光谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果分离得到11个化合物,分别鉴定为角鲨烯(Ⅰ)、木栓酮(Ⅱ)、正二十六烷酸(Ⅲ)、β-谷甾醇(Ⅳ)、豆甾醇(Ⅴ)、齐墩果酸(Ⅵ)、β-胡萝卜苷(Ⅶ)、5-羟甲基糠醛(Ⅷ)、丹参素甲酯(Ⅸ)、5R-5-羟甲基-2(3H)-呋喃酮(Ⅹ)、5R-5-羟甲基-2(5H)-呋喃酮(Ⅺ)。结论 11个化合物除β-谷甾醇外均为首次从东北铁线莲中分离得到。

[Abstract]
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Clematis manshurica.Methods The extract from the roots and rhizomes of C.manshurica was subjected to chromatography on silica gel and Sephadex LH-20 column.The compounds obtained were identified on the basis of their physicochemical and spectroscopic evidences.Results Eleven compounds were isolated and their structures were elucidated as squalene(I),friedelin(Ⅱ),hexacosoie acid(Ⅲ),psitosterol(Ⅳ),stigmasterol(V),oleanolic acid(Ⅵ),pdaucosterol(vI),5-hydroxymethyl-2-furaldehyde(Ⅷ),methyl 3,4-dihydroxy-phenyl lactate(IX),5R-dihydro-5-hydroxymethyl-2(3H)-furanone(X),5R-5-hydroxymethyl-2(5Ⅳ)-furanone(XI).Conclusion All the compounds except for psitosterol are isolated from the plant for the first time.
