[摘要]
目的 柽柳科植物多枝柽柳Tamarix ramosissima为我国名贵中药管花肉苁蓉的主要寄主,为了促进管花肉苁蓉栽培基地建设,并为多枝柽柳的开发利用奠定基础,对多枝柽柳进行化学成分研究。方法 利用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20、制备液相等色谱方法进行分离,UV、IR、NMR、MS等波谱技术鉴定化合物的结构。结果 分离鉴定了12个化合物,包括黄酮类8个,三萜类2个,苯丙素类1个,逆没食子酸类1个。分别为aleuritolic acid(D-friedoolean-14-en-3-ol-28-oic acid,Ⅰ)、aleuritolonic acid(D-friedoolean-14-en-3-one-28-oic acid,Ⅱ)、鼠李柠檬素(rhamnocitrin,Ⅲ)、逆没食子酸3,3′-二甲醚(ellagic acid-3,3′-dimethyl ether,Ⅳ)、鼠李素(rhamnetin,Ⅴ)、山柰酚(kaemferol,Ⅵ)、异阿魏酸(isoferulic acid,Ⅶ)、香橙素(aromadendrin,Ⅷ)、(2α,3β)-二氢鼠李素[(2α,3β)-dihy-drorhamnetin,Ⅸ]、槲皮素(quercetin,Ⅹ)、7,4′-二甲氧基山柰酚(7,4′-dimethoxykaemferol,Ⅺ)、3-甲氧基山柰酚(3-methoxykaemferol,Ⅻ)。结论 12个化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到,其中Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ、Ⅷ、Ⅸ及Ⅻ为首次从该属植物中分离得到。

[Abstract]
Objective Tamarix ramosissima is the host plant of Cistanche tubulosa. The chemical constituents of T. ramosissima were studied in order to improve the development of culture base of C. tubulosa and look for the base for exploitation of T. ramossisma. Methods Various chromatographic techniques were employed for the isolation and purification of the constituents including silica gel,Sephadex LH-20, and preparative HPLC. The structures of compounds were elucidated by chemical and spectral analyses (IR,UV, NMR,and MS). Results Twelve compounds have been isolated from the tender wattle of T.ramosissima,their structures were elucidated as aleuritolic acid (D-friedoolean-l4-en-3-o1-28-oic-acid,I),aleuritolonic acid (D-friedoolean-l4-en-3-one-28-oic acid,l),rhamnocitrin()Q),ellagic acid-3, 3'-dimethyl ether(IV),rhamnetin(V),kaemferol(VI),isoferulic acid(VII),aromadendrin (VIII),(2α,3β)-dihydrorhamnetin(IX),quercetin(X),7,4'-dimethoxykaemferol(XI),3-methoxykaemferol(XII)·Conclusion Among these compounds,I,II,IV,V,VIII,IX,and XII are isolated from the plants of Tamariz L. for the first time.
